Originally from the UK, I came to NZ over 25 years ago and have been consulting in the field of people development for over 15 years. I have a strong commercial understanding and a background in psychometric assessment, training and development, change management and one on one coaching.
Having worked for several years in a large global consulting firm, I then went on to start a new consulting business and am now very excited to be part of the team at Brightstar.
Throughout my career I have been involved in the development of tailored training programs across a variety of industries and organisations in a wide range of topics including change management, leadership development, talent acquisition, coaching, train the trainer, communication, team development, conflict resolution, problem solving, innovation, achieving results, decision making and career development.
