Jack is a Senior Food Safety Advisor with BioMerieux, helping food manufacturers around the world with Food Safety & Quality challenges. He has worked in the global food industry for 35 years and held senior roles in production, technical, supply chain and food safety & quality.
He has advised many local and international food businesses and managed consultancy projects and training in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
His passion is the design of pragmatic systems and solutions, which drive food safety & quality resilience in a food business. He has a particular interest in Integrated Pathogen Management, HACCP and Supply Chain Risks.
Jack has a food technology degree from The Netherlands and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science & Technology from Massey University in New Zealand.

Joanne started her career as a laboratory technician at Bonlac Foods in country Victoria and has over 20 years of experience within Food FMCG’s Coca-Cola Amatil, General Mills, Lion, Heinz and now Langdon Ingredients. Joanne’s experience comes from a variety of roles working in Quality Assurance manufacturing, Vendor Supplier QA, Procurement and Co-packer Management, Product Development, Quality Engineering and Project managing capacity and capability expansion. In Joanne’s current role she is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance framework meeting regulatory and food safety commitments and risk mitigation strategies for ingredient supply and manufactured goods.
