Adrienne, a lawyer by training, has worked for more than 20 years as an executive and adviser in and around the infrastructure and construction sector working for Waste Management, Carter Holt Harvey, Downers, Fletchers and Watercare and in a boutique consulting practice Cupola she herself founded in 2018. Her current day job is as General Manager NZ for the Infrastructure Sustainability Council – a NFP helping ensure infrastructure delivers cultural, social, environmental and economic benefits for the communities it serves. She also sits on the Building Advisory Panel for MBIE and volunteers her time mentoring and on a range of boards and initiatives looking to address diversity and inclusion – a particular passion of hers. She writes and speaks on a range of topics and was recently named as one of the inaugural "Top Diverse Board-Ready Chairs and Directors" by the Superdiversity Institute for Law, Policy and Business and the Ministry for Ethnic Communities.
