Terms & Conditions

General

Discounts on ticket prices (e.g. Early Bird or Super Saver discounted ticket options) only apply if payment is received in full, no later than 5pm on the payment date specified. The Organiser reserves the right to re-invoice at the Full Ticket price should your payment not be received by this date.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any event 20 days from the event start date. If you are travelling to the event, we recommend you make flexible travel or accommodation bookings that will not incur a cancellation fee.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel/accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made by the Organiser should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.

Live events policies

Entry to an event is for the registered individual only. Ticket sharing is not permitted.

The Organiser’s commitment is to your safety. Live events are run in line with industry best practice and government guidelines.

Individual Ticket Purchases

If you are unable to attend an event to which you hold a ticket, you must confirm your cancellation in writing (email). Refunds will be processed as follows: 

  • More than 60 days prior to the event: Full refund of the registration fee. 
  • Between 30 and 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the registration fee. 
  • Within 30 days of the event: No refund will be issued. 


An event voucher may be offered for Brightstar only events in consultation with the event organisers.
 

Regrettably, no event vouchers or refunds can be made for cancellations received after 30 days prior to the event date; however, you may send a substitute delegate in your place to the entirety of the event at no extra charge.

Group Ticket Purchases

This is for a set number of delegates at a specific event (e.g. Group of 5 for $5000).

Group bookings must be from the same organisation and booked at the same time.

Partial refunds are not available if part of the group is unable to attend.

Group tickets allow multiple delegates to take advantage of special pricing. These offers relate to a specific event, and it is not possible to transfer a group purchase to other events.

Online events policies

These terms and conditions relate to events or tickets that are designed and delivered from the beginning as online only events or tickets.

Virtual event or live stream ticket cancellation policy

Entry to an online event is for the registered individual only. Ticket sharing is not permitted.

Tickets for an online event or a virtual ticket are non-refundable. In the unlikely situation where the event is cancelled a 100% refund will apply.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer access to a substitute delegate to the entirety of the online event at no extra charge up until 7 days before the live date.

Regrettably, no changes can be made to registrations within 7 days of the event.

Conditions of sale for Live Streaming

Owing to the nature of live streaming an event, the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any access, IT, internet, or Wi-Fi issues ticket holders may experience before, during or after the live broadcast.

In purchasing the ticket, the Ticket Holder is assumed to have, to the best of their ability, ensured they can access the live broadcast.

An individual ticket is for one event attendee. By purchasing an individual ticket, you agree not to share your access code or have others watching the live broadcast. An individual ticket also provides individual access to the On-Demand content of the event.

The Organiser will not be able to offer any technical support relating to any access, IT, internet, or Wi-Fi issues during or after the live broadcast.

Agenda Updates

The Organiser reserves the right to make amendments deemed to be in the best interest of the event.

Brightstar Spring Sale Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

This promotional offer is for a 15% discount on the current advertised price of eligible Brightstar owned and partnered conferences and public training courses.

2. Promotional Period

The Spring Sale promotion is valid only from 13 October 2025 through 15 November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
All course and conference registrations must be fully completed, paid for, and confirmed by Brightstar within the Promotion Period to qualify for the discount.

3. Eligibility and Redemption

3.1 Eligible Products

The discount applies only to the standard price of Brightstar’s public training courses and conferences as listed on the Brightstar website.

3.2 How to Redeem

To receive the 15% discount, customers must enter the promotional code SPRING15 during the checkout process.

3.3 Exclusions and Limitations

The discount does not apply to, and cannot be used for:
• Custom, private, or in-house training programs.
• Courses or conferences already registered for, or attended, prior to the Promotion Period.
• Any associated costs, including but not limited to, taxes, travel, or accommodation.

3.4 Discount Stacking

This 15% discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, coupon, or discount code. If an eligible course is already subject to another discount, the customer will receive the greater of the two discounts, but not both.

4. Payment and Enrollment

4.1 Full Payment Required

Full payment of the discounted course or conference fee is required at the time of registration. Enrollment is not confirmed until full payment is received and processed by Brightstar.

4.2 Standard Terms Apply

All bookings are subject to Brightstar’s standard terms and conditions of sale for training and conferences, which are available here.

5. Transfers, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1 Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation or request for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual discounted price paid by the customer, not the original standard price. Standard Brightstar cancellation policies apply.

5.2 Registration Transfers

If a registration is transferred to another individual, no further or additional discount will be applied to the new registration.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Right to Modify

Brightstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. However, all registrations completed and fully paid for prior to such modification or termination will be honored.

6.2 Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a registration using the promotional code [SPRING15], the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
