He served as President of the Secondary Principals’ Association of New Zealand (SPANZ) from 2020 to 2024, representing over 400 secondary school principals nationwide. During his tenure, Vaughan led SPANZ Professional, championing leadership development, legal support, and union advocacy for school leaders across Aotearoa

Amy is a passionate educator and co-founder of the Ministry of Inspiration, dedicated to promoting STEAMS education in her community. Lady Tureiti Moxon

Managing Director
Te Kōhao Health
Ngāti Pāhauwera, Ngāti Kahungunu, Kāi Tahu Tureiti Moxon is the definition of a transformational servant leader. As the Managing Director of Te Kōhao Health, she has been an inspirational visionary in the Māori health, education, social, justice and Whānau Ora space locally, regionally and nationally. Te Kōhao currently leads 12 partner service providers throughout the Hauraki Waikato, Maniapoto and Raukawa regions and has oversight of a medical centre and three satellite clinic’s in Hamilton and Raglan. She previously established many Kōhanga Reo in the Waikato, Hauraki and Maniapoto regions and served as a barrister and solicitor with McCaw Lewis Chapman in Hamilton in Māori land law, civil and Treaty jurisprudence. She currently serves on numerous community trusts including her own iwi of Ngāti Pāhauwera as a trustee and previously on their treaty negotiating team who successfully settled their claim in 2012. She is now a member of the Waitangi Tribunal and chairs the National Māori Urban Authority. Tureiti co-founded the Toiora Māori Primary Health Organisation Coalition in 2003 until it merged with the National Coalition in 2012. Professor Tim Bentley is an experienced, industry-engaged research leader, and his research has influenced policy and organisational practice within Australia and New Zealand.  In 2023, Tim took up the position of Director of the Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) Centre within Edith Cowan University’s School of Business and Law.  The MARS Centre was created as part of a multi-million-dollar partnership between ECU and the State Government.  As both MARS Centre Director and Mining Work Health and Safety Professorial Chair, Tim leads a program of research, teaching and engagement designed to elevate mining sector WHS capability and to move the dial on sector culture towards greater respect and safety.  Prior to joining SBL, Tim’s New Zealand-based roles included Director of the New Zealand Work Research Institute, Director of Massey University’s Healthy Work Group, and Director of the Centre for Human Factors and Ergonomics at Forest Research.  Tim is also a former Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge University Press publication, Journal of Management & Organization, and has served as Scientific Editor for the Elsevier international publication, Applied Ergonomics.  Tim’s impactful research primarily focuses on psychosocial risk, workplace bullying, older workers. Tim’s research has been supported by over AU$10M of external funding from government and industry within New Zealand and Australia, while his published research is extensive and has received considerable scholarly attention.

As the Managing Director of Te Kōhao Health, she has been an inspirational visionary in the Māori health, education, social, justice and Whānau Ora space locally, regionally and nationally. Te Kōhao currently leads 12 partner service providers throughout the Hauraki Waikato, Maniapoto and Raukawa regions and has oversight of a medical centre and three satellite clinic’s in Hamilton and Raglan. She previously established many Kōhanga Reo in the Waikato, Hauraki and Maniapoto regions and served as a barrister and solicitor with McCaw Lewis Chapman in Hamilton in Māori land law, civil and Treaty jurisprudence. She currently serves on numerous community trusts including her own iwi of Ngāti Pāhauwera as a trustee and previously on their treaty negotiating team who successfully settled their claim in 2012. She is now a member of the Waitangi Tribunal and chairs the National Māori Urban Authority. Tureiti co-founded the Toiora Māori Primary Health Organisation Coalition in 2003 until it merged with the National Coalition in 2012.
