AML Summit

2021 annual AML Summit – Virtual conference platform and support

The organisers of the annual AML Summit approached us to support their fully hybrid event in 2021. In addition to the live 360 pax event in Auckland, they wished to run the event as a virtual event for their 200 virtual attendees. Using our Virtual Event Platform, working with the live event organisers and audio-visual team, we broadcast the live event to the virtual audience, managed the virtual attendee registration and experience, moderated Q&A and the virtual attendee features.

Aotearoa AI Summit

2021 Aotearoa AI Summit – Virtual conference platform and support

The AI Forum promoted their Aotearoa AI Summit, hosted at AUT University in 2021, as a fully hybrid event. Working closely with the organising committee, we set up our Virtual Event Platform as a fully branded and interactive environment for the virtual attendees. A mix of national and international delegates experienced the fully managed and supported virtual home for the event.

Pacific Cooperation Broadcasting

Hybrid Conference 23 live and virtual attendees across 13 nations

Pacific Cooperation Broadcasting Limited (PCBL) sought our assistance to host the 2021 Pasifika TV Update CEO & General Managers Pacific Broadcasters’ Conference - 23 Pacific Broadcaster CEOs in 13 countries. The hosts wished to showcase the best of a hybrid event – presentations and breakout discussions across the live and virtual attendees. In addition, many of the speakers presented as hologram images. What an outstanding example of new hybrid events and showcasing the tech to make it all happen.

Rauhuia | Leadership
for all Kaiako

Client: The Teaching Council Aotearoa New Zealand

The Teaching Council came to us with a requirement to launch a new leadership initiative – Rauhuia – to every teacher across New Zealand. Working with the team, the Chief Executive and the Deputy Chief Executive Maori, we created an engaging pre-recorded webinar presentation that was then broadcast as a live event, achieving high levels of viewership and online engagement. The pre-recorded format was chosen to achieve carefully crafted and curated messaging for a nuanced subject matter.

Investing Q&A with Mary Holm and Gillian Boyes

Client: New Zealand Financial Markets Authority – Wise Up Invest Well

The FMA wished to create a webinar with wide, public reach as part of international World Investment Week. Filmed in our virtual event studios, media financial personality Mary Holm was interviewed by Gillian Boyes, taking questions from public viewers. Shot as a 3-camera staged interview, the webinar was filmed and broadcast live direct to the FMA Facebook page.
