Innovation and Excellence in Primary and Community Care
Building a stronger health system from the ground up
An effectively functioning primary care system and community services form the bedrock upon which the rest of the health system is built. The Innovation & Excellence in Primary Care Conference returns in 2025 to enable primary care reform in New Zealand.
Through sharing local best practice and global policy evidence around new care models, role innovation and advanced technologies, the event will support the shift from a hospital focused, episodic care model to deliver the vision of a multi-professionally led, integrated, primary care, home and community based and prevention focused system.
